Dream world
I have to share this with everyone cause I woke up laughing. If you don't know the people I am talking about, it doesn't matter, just insert your own friend who fills in nicely. The dream went something like this...
I was at Nate B's house with John, Susie, Nate, and someone I can't remember. We were enjoying a bbq and a bonfire. Everything was going great, when susie the pyromaniac decided the bonfires could be bigger. The problem being there was a lot of surrounding trees and bushes, and it must have been fall cause I remember lots of dried leaves on the ground. So sue is creating more fire and John, Nate and myself are commenting on how that wasn't the best idea, cause we'd had problems before with large bonfires getting into the trees. And wouldn't you know it, one tree caught fire, then a couple more, then the bushes and the dried leaves. With things getting out of hand, I saw water spiggot not far away and run over to turn it on, this got the sprinkler system going and it was enough to quench the flames. Even the ones in the trees. I know go sprinklers, it was a dream cut me some slack. So with the spriklers going, susie and whomever was making fire with her try to help by grabbing a garden hose. She steps on the hose which turned it on and all the sudden it was going nuts like a out of control fire hose in some cartoon. Sue reaches for the hose when as it went by her hands, whacking her in the head, where she pinned it holding on for dear life. Then I looked over at John, who is now doubled over laughing at Sue's 'Tom & Jerry' like situation.
Okay, perhaps not as funny to everyone else, but I was amused during the dream, and when I woke up. Probably more funny because all of those things could have really happened to Susie. Alright, I'm off to go enjoy another day of great weather! Sory you're all stuck in the cold and snow.

Funny dream..... and actually, it was funny to me. But perhaps maybe its funny b/c it's late and I'm tired. However, I seem to LOL every time I read one of your posts. Also, that picture of the spider looks like the spider I squashed with a 2x4 in my garage.

It is a funny dream and you tell it well. Beleive me I know, I hear about Tom's every morning/mourning.
But....STOP. Turn around, you are going the wrong direction. There are these incredible Baobab trees on the road from Derby to Brome. Then about 250 m. so. of Perth there is this 207' gum or eucalyptus (aboriginal karri) that you can climb. (they used to grow to 300-400') There is a group called the 'Four Aces'
Another wonder is 'The Giant Tingle' just west of Walpole, 65' in girth.
See, you shouldn't have mentioned the botanical gardens.
Also have been wondering witch opera you saw.
The pics are grand and I can't beleive how much you can pack into a day.

MMMMM....trees and spiders, good times. Funny how realistic the dream was. I would in fact have been doubled over laughing at something like a person being hit in the head and flying around on a hose. I'm glad the creepy crawly thing didn't drag you into the bush- and proud that you didn't try to take off your shoe and whack it, well maybe that would have been me with the shoe, you would have been looking for the cat to get 'em. Well looks like a fine ride ya got there and seems like you're still having a good time. Be safe-

Darling, only you could have a dream that so closely resembles reality. Susie would do all of that. I'm very glad that you're eating, I've worried that more big scary spiders or bats will whisk you away and eat you. So bravo you, for eating. Just remember if its furry and wiggily- you probably don't want to eat it. Love you lots, don't be good & make me proud- Tisha
That is so funny, if only because yes, it almost seems familiar.. DID that actually happen to me once? Oh wait, the water/head trauma combination came from being whacked in the head by the big rotating radar antenna of a cruise ship in a really stormy windy night.
